Super 8 By Wyndham Salmon Arm Hotel

The hotel was upgraded, and I appreciated the streets of Salmon Arm. I had a tidy and cool room with an exceptionally comfortable bed, a coffeemaker, and a carpet.- The property was really close to a restaurant next door and the hill.- Peter Jannink Nature Park was easily accessible, set only 1 km away.

The rooms were good-sized and pet-friendly and on the main level. This was a particularly good and perfect location not far from Salmon Arm, a grocery store and other amenities, as well as restaurants and farmers market.

We had a wonderful stay for a three day visit.

The location close to the hockey arena was particularly good and comfy. It was also very close to a pub and a gas station, Salmon Arm, BC and restaurants, gym facilities.

the hotel was fairly clean with especially helpful and efficient staff members. My room was neat and cool on the main level. 3. the location was convenient and peaceful, on top of the hill with easy access to a market and shops.

Totally really comfortable stay for a three day visit. The reason we loved it was lovely staff and food. All the staff was pleasant and we had an efficient check in.

I didn't appreciate that when I arrived I had to use the phone to get someone to the front desk. When she arrived she told me she had to finish a booking in the back room while I waited to check in. Another customer actually left the facility as we waited a good 20 minutes. Not sure this is the best customer service practice. I would recommend taking the phone # of the person on the phone and calling back and servicing the guest that have prebooked and are waiting to be checked in.

The stay here was very relaxing during the three-day visit, with excellent and helpful staff, a great food selection, fabulous meals, and plenty of options.

The room was clean and close to where we wanted to be.

This motel is overpriced. It was a very basic room with absolutely no extras.

The Manager was rude and condescending. At first she told me that I did not have reservation, which I had booked the night before, she asked questions like, did you book the right day, I told her that I had a booking number but she claimed that it was not a Super 8 number She got on the phone after I asked her if I could use her phone to call Super 8's reservation desk. While on hold she found a couple of pieces of paper which happened to be my reservations, at which time she told me it was my fault for the miss understanding as I booked with the wrong reservation website. She also tells us that if there is a problem pick up the phone on the front desk to have her respond as she is in her room. She also goes on to say that it is against Super 8 policy to not man the front desk. I will not stay there again and I now have family Salmon Arm that I again will be visiting.

The best place to stay when visiting the area, with a clean property, extremely friendly staff, and a fantastic double room on the main level.

Booked a room on the main level. The staff was very pleasant and friendly. The location in a nice area was good and comfy and there were a grocery store and a market nearby. It was situated very close to restaurants and eateries.

The hotel rooms are spacious and pet-friendly on the main level. The property is conveniently located near a grocery store, restaurant, pub, farmers market, hockey arena.

Comfortable room with a pull-out couch in it and a nice bathroom included. The staff was super friendly and always ready to lend a hand. 😊
